Wilbur's Woods is a 21-home community on McKeen Street in Brunswick, set on a wooded site within walking and biking distance of Brunswick's downtown. The homes were designed to fit the character of midcoast Maine: clean lines, dark exteriors that settle into the landscape, covered front decks, and open interiors built around natural light.
The community was developed through a partnership between GreenMars Real Estate and MaineHousing to bring quality homeownership within reach for Maine workers and families. Most homes carry MaineHousing affordability covenants that preserve that mission for future buyers.
Today, all 21 homes are sold and occupied. The community is governed by the Wilbur's Woods Homeowners Association and managed by Puffin Property Management. Warranty service for the homes is provided by GreenMars under the Limited Warranty Certificate issued at closing.
